Terms & conditions

Last updated October 2026. These terms apply to all orders placed on this website.

1. About us

This website is operated by Varieties4Less Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17498471, with its registered office at 1 Hillcote Drive, Bradford, England, BD5 7JJ. Contact: support@varieties4less.com.

2. Your order

When you place an order you’ll receive an acknowledgement. A contract is formed when we accept your order by dispatching the goods. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error has occurred, in which case we’ll refund you in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at the time of order. We take care to display correct prices; if we discover an error we’ll contact you before dispatch.

4. Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses. Estimated times are shown on our Delivery page. Risk passes to you on delivery.

5. Your right to cancel

You may cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. We extend this to 30 days — see Returns.

6. Faulty goods

We are under a legal duty to supply goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7. Product use

Please follow the instructions supplied. Vehicle accessories must be installed so they do not obstruct your view, controls or airbags, and in line with the Highway Code.

8. Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in your local courts.
